Refund and Returns Policy

At Saudagar Perfumers, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products with the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they are delivered.
This includes situations such as:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference for fragrance
• Allergy or sensitivity to scents
• Dislike of fragrance notes after opening
• Ordering by mistake

Perfume products are highly sensitive and cannot be resold once opened or even once the packaging seal is broken. Therefore, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds or replacements for delivered orders.
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Fragrance preference issues
• Wrong item ordered by the customer
• Delayed delivery due to courier logistics

3. Exceptions (Very Limited)

We only offer support in rare cases where:

✔ Wrong product delivered

✔ Product received in damaged or leaking condition

If this happens, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

Once verified:

• We may offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
• No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel orders only in cases of:

• Product unavailability
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
